Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and internationally to select countries.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During promotions or holiday periods processing may take slightly longer, and we will say so at checkout if that is the case.

Delivery times and carriers
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-6 business days depending on your location. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays are outside our control. Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address where possible.

Shipping rates
US orders of $50 or more ship free. For US orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and size of order. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and can be extended by customs processing, which is outside our control.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email us and we will look into it.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders lost due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund. Email us immediately if you spot a mistake and we will correct it if the order has not yet gone out.
