Thank you for choosing to purchase our Birria Bombs. Our Birria Bombs are made of perishable goods, due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on such products once they have been delivered. 

Here are the terms of our no refund policy for perishable goods:

• Quality Assurance: We take great care in ensuring the quality and freshness of our perishable goods.  All products are thoroughly inspected before they are made available for purchase. 
• Proper Storage: Perishable goods require proper storage to maintain their quality and freshness. Perishable goods are sensitive to temperature. It is crucial to properly store them if not being used immediately. Many perishable goods require refrigeration to prevent bacterial growth and maintain freshness. Make sure to store in freezer to extend their shelf life. Ensure that the items are properly packaged in airtight container or freezer bags to prevent freezer burn. We do not offer refunds for goods that have been mishandled or improperly stored. 
• Delivery Issues: If there are any delivery issues that result in the perishable goods being damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately at info@bomb-birria.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or store credit. 
• Unfulfilled Orders:  In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order for any unforeseen circumstance or inventory issues, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. You can expect the refund to be processed promptly and reflect on your account within the specified processing time of your payment provider. 
• Allergies and Preferences: Please ensure that you are aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions before purchasing perishable goods. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.
